Ingram iQ uses pop-up windows to open drill-down reports and to export reports from the Ad Hoc Dashboard. Pop-ups are windows that appear automatically on top of the screen you are currently working. Most browsers turn the pop-up blocker on by default to prevent annoying screens from appearing. Pop-ups are required for Ingram iQ. Go to your browser settings and allow pop-ups for Ingram iQ: https://iq.ingramcontent.com.
Here is an example of a report drill-down being blocked by the pop-up blocker using Chrome. By clicking the icon with an 'x' to the right of the URL, a dropdown appears with "the following pop-ups were blocked on this page https://iq/ingramcontent.com/drilldown". Click "Always allow pop-ups from https://iq.ingramcontent.com" to allow Ingram iQ to display drill-down reports.
