The Exceptions panel consists of two types of Exception charts: Price and Territory.
In this instance, the Retailers, Percentages, and Units look the same in both charts because the Retailer and the Territory/Channel are the same.
There is a Date field that may be edited.
Click the down arrow to the right of the date range to open a dropdown box. Click the From and To Date fields to open a calendar to select new dates.
Click the Report Summary button to view a summary of Price and Territory Exceptions in one report.
The color sections within the chart correspond to the Legend below it.
Hover on a section of the chart or an element in the Legend to see the Retailer’s Exception Units and Percentage in a Tooltip.
Click a section of the chart to render an Exceptions Summary Report specific to the Retailer selected.
Price Exceptions by Retailer
Click a section of the chart to render a Price Exceptions Summary Report specific to the Retailer selected.
The report may be filtered and exported.
To produce a report for a different date, edit the Date Range on the Exceptions panel.
Retailer, Business Model, Units Sold, Currency, and Potential Loss/Gain values are depicted in the report.
Each Business Model / Currency combination is listed on a separate row.
The blue Retailer link renders a Detail Price Exceptions report.
Click a Retailer link to drilldown to a Detail Price Exceptions report for the row selected.
Each EAN included in the Units Sold value in the summary report are listed with detailed information for each EAN.
The retailer link on each row of the summary report opens an individual detailed report.
Territory Exceptions by Retailer
Click a section of the chart to render a Territory Exceptions Summary Report specific to the Retailer selected.
The report may be filtered and exported.

Units Sold and Potential Loss / Gain are listed.
