From any screen on iQ, click on your name to display a dropdown menu, and choose 'Manage iQ.'
Next, click the 'New' button to the right of the 'search users by name' bar.
Enter new user information in the screen. Type in the username and email, check the wholesale dashboard permissions box, and type in the name of the publisher your user should see.
